Abstract
La presente investigación titulada: Relación entre liderazgo del director y la calidad
educativa en la Institución Educativa Carlos Wiesse del Distrito de Juanjuí, 2017. En la
cual el objetivo general fue determinar el grado de relación entre el liderazgo del director y la calidad educativa en la Institución Educativa Carlos Wiesse del Distrito de Juanjuí,
2017. Se desarrolló bajo un enfoque cuantitativo de tipo correlacional y diseño no
experimental, donde la muestra fue representada por 80 docentes de la citada institución
educativa. El instrumento para la recolección de datos empleado fueron cuestionarios, con los cuales se llegó a determinar que existe un grado de relación positiva y significativa entre la Dimensión psicológica y Calidad educativa con un 0.654 (65.4%); en tanto entre la Dimensión administrativa y Calidad educativa se tuvo un grado positivo aunque no significativo con un valor igual a 0.464 (46.4%); y en la Dimensión institución y la Calidad educativa se tuvo un grado de relación positivo y significativo con un coeficiente de Pearson igual a 0.502 (50.2%). Por último entre ambas variables en estudio Liderazgo del director y Calidad educativa, se registró un coeficiente de correlación equivalente a 0.603 (60.3%), con lo cual se afirma la hipótesis de investigación (H.G.) referida a Existe un grado de relación positivo y significativo entre el liderazgo del director y la calidad educativa en la Institución Educativa Carlos Wiesse del Distrito de Juanjuí, 2017.
The present investigation entitled: Relationship between the leadership of the director and the educational quality in the Educational Institution Carlos Wiesse of Distric Juanjuí, 2017. In which the general objective was to determine the degree of relationship between the leadership of the director and the educational quality in the Educational Institution Carlos Wiesse of Distric Juanjuí, 2017. It was developed under a quantitative approach of correlational type and non-experimental design, where the sample was represented by 80 teachers from the aforementioned educational institution. The instrument for the data collection used were questionnaires, with which it was determined that there is a degree of positive and significant relationship between the psychological dimension and educational quality with a 0.654 (65.4%); while between the administrative dimension and educational quality there was a positive but not significant degree with a value equal to 0.464 (46.4%); and in the Institutional Dimension and Educational Quality there was a positive and significant degree of relationship with a Pearson coefficient equal to 0.502 (50.2%). Finally, between both variables in the director's study and educational quality, a correlation coefficient equivalent to 0.603 (60.3%) was recorded, which confirms the research hypothesis (HG) referred to. There is a positive and significant degree of relationship between the leadership of the director and the educational quality in the Educational Institution Carlos Wiesse of Distric Juanjuí, 2017.
