Abstract
La presente Tesis titulada El Desempeño Docente en el Logro de Aprendizajes en
los Estudiantes de la Institucion Educativa Nº 56 María Montessori del Distrito de Parcona
– Ica, Durante el Perido Lectivo 2019 y tuvo como objetivo general Determinar la relación
que existe entre el desempeño docente y el logro del aprendizaje en los estudiantes de la
Institución Educativa Nº 56 María Montessori del distrito de Parcona – Ica durante el
periodo lectivo 2019. El diseño de la investigación es descriptivo correlacional, y la
muestra de esta investigación es de 25 estudiantes. Para el análisis estadístico de la
Investigación nos apoyamos en el software SPSS 24 para obtener resultados de dicha
investigación y se concluyó el desempeño docente se relaciona significativamente con el
logro del aprendizaje en los estudiantes de la Institución Educativa Nº 56 María
Montessori del distrito de Parcona – Ica durante el periodo lectivo 2019.
The present Thesis entitled Teaching Performance in the Achievement of Learning in Students of Educational Institution No. 56 María Montessori of the District of Parcona - Ica, During the Lecture Period 2019 and had the general objective of determining the relationship that exists between teaching performance and the achievement of learning in the students of the Educational Institution Nº 56 María Montessori of the district of Parcona - Ica during the 2019 school period.
