Abstract
La tesis comunicación interna y compromiso organizacional del Personal Civil de la
Fuerza Aérea del Perú. Área Las Palmas - Distrito Santiago de Surco, 2019. Es un estudio
cuantitativo, de tipo sustantiva, se trabajó con el diseño no experimental transversal
correlacional. Se contó con la participación 86 miembros del Personal Civil de la fuerza
Área del Perú. Siendo esta una muestra no probabilística. Para medir las variables se utilizó
el cuestionario, según las variables (Comunicación interna y compromiso organizacional).
Sus principales hallazgos fueron que el 36,0% (31) señalan que la comunicación interna es regular y el 51,2% (44) señalan que el compromiso organizacional es regular. Lo que concluye que existe una relación directa y significativa entre la comunicación interna y el compromiso organizacional del Personal Civil de la Fuerza Aérea del Perú en el área Las Palmas, del distrito Santiago de Surco, 2019. Con Rho de Spearman = 0,774, siendo correlación positiva alta.
The thesis internal communication and organizational commitment of the Civil Personnel of the Peruvian Air Force, in the Las Palmas area of the Santiago de Surco district, 2019.
